Practices. The Notice you give to your patients is now a permanent part of
how you present yourself and your practice.
First impressions count. All impressions count. Our HIPAAeasy

Two Notices
HIPAAeasy offers
two different versions of the Notice, a Basic Notice
and a Deluxe Notice. They contain the same information, but
the
Basic Notice is printed on 4 pages, and the Deluxe
on 6 pages.
The Basic Notice is convenient, self-contained and is head-and-shoulders
above any other available privacy
practices notice – except for our own Deluxe Notice.
The Deluxe Notice uses larger type and
has room for more personalization information concerning
your practice. If you see many older patients, they will
appreciate the larger type on the Deluxe Notice. This Deluxe
Notice is ideal for group practices because it features
a large bold listing of the practice name across the top
of
the front cover. In addition
it allows for the individual listing of as many as 15 doctors and, space
permitting, even a line of credentials for each doctor. The
form also allows for the listing
of as many as 8 office locations and complete privacy officer contact information
plus web site information if you desire.
Both Basic and Deluxe Notices come with an Acknowledgement
of Receipt (AR) for your patient to sign and return to you.
The Basic AR is a detachable page bound right into the Notice
booklet. The Deluxe AR is a separate personalized two-part
NCR carbonless form with a copy for your patient that contains
a succinct summary of their privacy rights. Important note:
