DocuForms has a tradition of identifying unique needs of our customers that are not being addressed by other providers of medical documentation tools. In keeping with this tradition we developed the HIPAAeasy System of notices, forms, posters and labels through a careful study of the HIPAA regulations, with the aid of lawyers and physicians. In our study of the other HIPAA solutions emerging into this new market, we identified areas where poor usability and legal omissions increased the exposure of the medical practice. We developed our own HIPAA products to address these issues.

We employ state-of-the-art printing technology such as direct-to-plate, short run variable data printing and long run offset web printing.
